Minnesota Minestrone Soup - 2 person serving This thick soup is made with quick cooking wild rice, quick cooking garbanzo beans, quick cooking red beans, roasted tomatoes and Italian seasoning. In 20 minutes you will have a very filling meal. The addition of Cache Lake meats to this soup makes a complete supper meal. In our trail testing we have also tried summer sausage, smoked turkey kielbasa and beer sausage as varieties for making a great one pot dish.
